Don’t let them apply them to begin with. Same with the front tag holder. Especially if it’s a drill to apply type.
I told mine I didn’t want the front plate bracket installed and it wasn’t but the sticker/badge was already on. Thankfully it came off easily.

I’ve used the hair dryer/dental floss method in the past and it works great on badging. For stickers I use a hairdryer and a plastic razor blade. WD 40 works great to get rid of the gummy residue.
I asked my dealer to not put any stickers or badging on my truck so instead they put mud flaps with a huge dealer logo on the rear 🤦‍♀️
Needless to say they came off as soon as I got home lol
You got free mudflaps?
Swap sides. The logo then faces forward, and will wear off quickly.

Not helpful to the guy trying to remove one, but echoing what others have said, when I first placed my order I discussed this with the salesman, and when it arrives I will be making a call to remind him, no dealer sticker/decal. That gawjus tailgate is to pretty to despoil!
I emailed, texted and called my sales guy before delivery and said no stickers. When I got to the dealer guess what the first thing I saw was? I told him I would sign paperwork after they removed the sticker👍🏻

Love Goo Gone but used heat and WD 40.
