Hello!

I thought I would post few before and after pictures of my ‘24 Maverick with Flatout Suspension’s 2” level kit installed with the factory 235/65r17 Falken Wildpeaks. There are fewer pictures of a level/lift and this tire size that I could find when I was looking beforehand, so thought someone might want to see.

A few thoughts:
- Truck sits more like a stock 1/4 ton than a SUV, which I like. Feels higher in the cab. Drives well (just around town so far).
- I have the overload spring
on because of the topper, which was a big draw to this particular kit (that and a coworker gave it to me lightly used- the overload springs were untouched though, for the low price of a bottle of scotch. Generous guy!)
- I think I’ll eventually go to 245/70r17s, but I’ll wait until these tires have run their course.

Looks good! Any fear of puking out the OEM CV axles, or did you upgrade to Tremor versions when you did the lift?

HRG
They’re just the standard spec CVs. I’m not too worried, some guys seem to have no trouble, some do. Visually, the CVs don’t look like they’re at too extreme of an angle. I’ll cross the CV replacement bridge if I come to it. If I do have to replace them I figure I’ll go with the tremor spec.

Time will tell!

Visually I can’t tell the difference.
Did you take any straight side shots before and after ?

Nice...but I do think the 245's will complete it. Keep us up to date on the cv's, thanks

I still can't figure out why there is no kit to just lower the back to level it out like you can do to any other truck but this one. Simple easy and less likely to affect CV's or drive train. WTF?

I used rough country 2" leveling kit and was able to fit 30"tires, barely. But there is no rubbing

Nice! Those and the Nitto Nomad Grapplers are top contenders for me, based on their weight.
If you are even considering Nitto do not overlook Firestone Destination AT2s
