Howdy all! I had an after-market spray bed liner installed. They did a good job, but now I want to put on bed rails. The bed liner material is interfering with installation of the rail screws. What are my options for removing the bedliner material from the holes so the screws can be installed? Thanks in advance!

One option is to get an M8x1.25 tap and slowly make your to the threads.

The first two holes from front of cab(where factory tie-downs are on 25 XL) are m6-1. The other side rail holes are m-8. My side rails from SZYANG provided one m6 bolt for each side. The rail was not drilled for a second M-6. I used it to hold my front molle panel in.
it can be done without tap but I think probably safer and easier to tap holes first.
