Bed Tray Liner question

Greetings,

In the Build & Price tool, I’m trying to understand what exactly is a “Bed Tray Liner” in comparison to, say, the Hard Drop-in Bedliner.

1. I assume it only covers the bed floor and not the truck bed walls?
2. And that it’s a hard plastic material?
3. Will it be fastened down from the factory or a floating thing like a mat?
4. Will it cover the wheel-wells?

Don’t over complicate things just get a sheet of plywood and cut out the wheel wells stick it in the bed DONE.

See below. Just covers the bed. Drop in liner covers the rest.
