Just wondering what everyone's average wait time for their maverick from order to delivery?

It really depends on whether or not you plan to order a hybrid or the ecoboost. On average the wait times are significantly less if you choose the EB engine.

Delivered April 12 (actually it was off the train and sitting waiting to be delivered to the dealer on April 2nd

Eco FWD, LUX with DIBL

I think FWD were made faster than AWD

Just wondering what everyone's average wait time for their maverick from order to delivery?

8 months and 9 days. Start of production was 6/21/22 and ship date was 7/1/22 with arrival at dealer on 7/26/22. Never 1 constraint. Mav includes eb, xlt, moonroof, tow, FX4, full sized spare (?), All weather floor mats, rear slider window and A/Z-Plan Ford pricing. Plus got 1.9% FOMC financing for 60 months. After delivery, ordered a Ford dibl and will add soft roll-up tonneau cover. As a bonus, my Mav was built 9 months and 19 days from the first date mavs started rolling of the assembly line (9/2/21).

My quote from 12/3/21 : "For all those waiting for there Maverick to be built and arrive, me included, there is a very solid plus to waiting a bit longer. A trusted friend who was an engineer at Ford for 30 years, told me Ford generally poured tons of money into fixing any issues with a new model in trying to perfect it. And the sweet spot was 9 months after the start of production. Using that logic, the closer your build date gets towards July of 2022, the greater your chances of getting a "golden sample"! Best of Luck to all of us!" End quote!

Another trusted friend working as a senior technician for Nissan for over 30 years confirmed Nissan had the same practice for their vehicles!!

Ordered a Rapid Red FE hybrid on July 13th, 2021 and just got my VIN last week and the status says it started production yesterday (9/5/2022). So coming up on 14 months and still don’t have mine. Best guess, I will get it first of November so 15 months or so to get it if my estimate is correct.

If I had known it would take this long I probably wouldn’t have ordered it but at this point I will wait it out and hope I am in it by Thanksgiving!
