Are MY23 orders done? And MY24 only being built?

I believe scheduling is done, but '23s will be built into the first part of October. Then they will be done.

The change over is 10/16. That is the first day they are building 2024s

I doubt it. I checked with dealer, and she gave me a very polite version of "They're still working on 2023 orders, yours won't be for a while." While this isn't definitive, I would bet that they're not finished working through the old 2023 orders.

I guess I got lucky. I received the email from Ford that my 24 Lariat Hybrid is scheduled for Oct 16. That said If I receive it by Thanksgiving it will have been a 435 day wait.
