Let me know if you have any questions about the Rove Lite (UVW 1775 lbs.) or the Maverick's towing abilities. ~ Cheers! Ted
Daniel,I have questions! Can you show pics of the inside? Can you give a ballpark on the cost? That thing looks incredible!
Spent the weekend camping and took some pix of the interior of the Rove Lite to share. Includes A/C, wet bath, kitchen sink, 2-burner stove, refrigerator/freezer, sleeps 3. 10 gal. fresh water, 30 gal. gray water, 5 gal. black water. Happy to answer any questions. ~ Cheers! Does that trailer have electric brakes and did you use a brake controller ?Spent the weekend camping and took some pix of the interior of the Rove Lite to share. Yes, the trailer has electric brakes. I installed Curt 4-pin to 7-pin adapter on the Maverick and a Tekonsha 902502 Prodigy brake controller on the trailer. It's wired to 12V and I use a handheld remote to apply the trailer brakes in unison with the truck's brakes.Does that trailer have electric brakes and did you use a brake controller ?
How’s the Rove Lite holding up? The new 16-foot model looks really nice, but it is pushing the limit.https://www.mavericktruckclub.com/f...ybrid-tlrv-rove-lite-14fl-travel-trailer.201/

@bajesus8 - I keep very few and only lightweight supplies in the camper, so I'm towing only a few pounds over dry weight. Without the brake controller, the Mav's breaks do strain a bit to stop the rig, particularly when going downhill. Having the brake controller really gives me more control and should prove kinder to the truck in the long run. What kinda MPG you getting ?
I assume you must be a little over the 2000 lbs once its all loaded up hence the need for the extra braking power with that controller?
Are you going over mountains or staying in kinda flat areas?
