Why did "Ford Tech Makuloco" like their own post? Or did they laugh at it? Could be either I suppose, but the question remains.

I see a picture of an apparently new engine over a used engine.
Why ? Whats the point.

It's in reference to one of his (FordTechMakuloco) video's showing the importance of changing the oil every 5,000 miles instead of longer intervals following the oil change reminder. He's a very well known/respected and excellent mechanic and makes extremely good videos. The bottom pic with all the tarnish was changed every 10K based on the oil change reminder. What was really eye brow raising was the long interval changes effect on the turbo oil filter screens. It caused the EB engine to fail at 224 thousand miles.

As I look at this picture, I can hear my dad's voice from when I started driving over thirty years ago.... "keep your fluids topped off and clean and your engine will run forever."

Science, data, quality lubricants and follow manufacturers recommended maintenance schedule.
I'll rely on this.
Oil analysis supports 10,000 mile plus oil change using full synthetic oil.

I’m betting the engine in the top image is a fresh rebuild or crate engine that just got installed, but hasn’t yet run. There is no adherent gasket material on any of the gasket surfaces and there’s no pooling of oil on any of the dependant surfaces. There’s no oxidation in the coolant passages. There’s no residue in the intake runners. I mean every surface in the top image is bone dry, like the parts have been through a hot tank to strip off any traces of oil.

This is what a used ecoboost looks like. There’s traces of fluids and gasket materials on surfaces.
