Question for those that are….could one fit a 7’ rod inside the cab or would it need to go out the rear window to fit? I tend to have one piece rods instead of two which I know would fit. Thanks in advance

Don't have mine yet but i don't think a 7' pole is going to be able to fit in the interior. would have to go out the rear window is my guess

I’ve been trying to figure out a plan for this since begin but got the truck Still haven’t found a rock solid plan.
currently thinking a Yamika top water and hoping roof racks are spaced apart enough

I made this out of pbc pipe for my F150 and it works awesome and I plan on making one to fit my Maverick. It keeps my poles up in the air and protected from breakage and still am able to use the bed for other things and us easily removable.

A couple of great ideas for outside the cab, but want my rods inside the cab and not exposed for a few dif reasons.

Who can see for me what the longest rod is that will fit inside the cab? 6’6” Thinking left back corner to the front right would be the spot to place them.

A 7' Rod is too long so the back window is needed. We need a FITS Rod Holder for about 2-3 Rods to hang out the back window.

Seven foot rod definitely will fit in the cab. Butt end on floor in passenger side and straight back over the seat. If two or more passengers just run the rods down the middle between everyone. I didn't have the camera when I went to the garage because I didn't believe it would not fit. I inserted it through the drivers side rear door. Not even a tight fit. Edit, I bet diagonally you could get a eight foot rod.

Iʻd like to know as well. I live a hairs breadth away from a pond and want a fishing rig for trout and bass that I can keep in the truck 24/7 without intruding on passenger space. Iʻve been looking at 3 and 4 piece rods but online it doesnʻt feel like thereʻs a lot available.

travel rods if you need a very compact rod….St. Croix for sure

I fish quite often and I use 1 piece rods as well. My 7'2" rod fits no problem.

I am asking Santa for either bed racks and a rod locker for over the bed and cab, or in bed storage under the tonneau cover where the 5’ 9” tube for the switch rod will fit diagonally over drawers.
