Am I Reading this right?

I recieved an email on 9/14 that my Maverick was scheduled to be built the week of November 27th.

I just went to the Ford site and entered my VIN/order number and it is now saying it is scheduled for the week of 10/16?

Am I confused or did I get moved up? Anyone else had this happen?

Yes, you were bumped up to the first week of 24 production.

I think they moved you up because in November they will be building 2024's. If your truck is a 2023, it has to be build before the 1st of November.

2023 Production ends on 10/14.

That is exactly what happened to me. No Ford email, no text, no warning of any sort. Just moved up nearly 6 weeks. Ordered 7/17...now to be built 10/16/23.

I checked the VIN this morning, but no Window Sticker yet. Maybe by the end of this week. My 2023 WS was issued 1/4/23 and the truck was built 1/12/23...so it should be there any day now.

2024 Carbonized Gray Lariat Hybrid with BAP for my wife... to go with my 2023 Alto Blue Lariat Hybrid BAP that is set up to tow behind the Motorhome. The 2024 won't be set up to tow unless the 2023 gets destroyed.

VIN # has nothing to do with production sequence.

Mine is bumped up only because I planned for a Spring delivery. But I'm not complaining, after waiting 491 days for the first one!

I cannot agree that is has "nothing" to do with production. I do understand that they aren't built in order, but having a VIN that high scheduled for the first week of production does mean "something".

It means that all the parts to build it are there and ready!

The Job 1 24MY Maverick date was changed to Oct 18th from the 16th so not sure how valid that is. I guess it's still the week of the 16th.

Ford just updated the build schedule. 24's start on Oct 18th.

You should be getting a window sticker very soon if that is right.

I didn’t receive a Window Sticker until after the Ford site said “Built” (on October 5th). To this day I cannot find a Window Sticker on the Ford site, but my dealer was able to get one and send it to me.

Mine was originally scheduled for the week of 11/6, but has been pushed back to 12/4. I did not receive an email or any notice on that.

Mine went from 10/30 to 11/13. No email or text

I went to the original email that I got from Ford that had my order date and clicked "track my order" and when I went to that tracker the date was different from the original timing.

My email doesn’t have that .
