I dropped my Maverick off for a spray in bedliner today at an aftermarket shop. Should I be worried that they will make the same mistake as the Ford plant and drill into the gas tank? Does anyone know how much room there is for drilling out the drain holes? Or which holes are closed to the gas tank?

Why does anyone need to drill a hole for a spray in bed liner?
Same reason Ford did, to make sure you dont have to re-thread holes for accessories, or the drain holes arent clogged.

They should plug with rubber plugs along with threaded holes. No drilling involved.

Yeah any holes in the bed should be plugged before spraying. Especially threaded ones. And any holes that arent in the bed shouldnt be drilled out, especially near anything critical.

That's retarded. A small piece of tape works. I did my own, easy.
