Hi-just joined the forum. We got our 2022 Maverick XLT a couple of months ago. We later added a drop-in bedliner and soft tonneau cover. We live in a remote part of Texas so the nearest Ford dealer that could install them is more than 2 hours away. I noticed yesterday that the front of the bedliner has pulled away from the frame of the cab. It seems it was held in place by a thin piece of black tape? I tried pressing it back in place but there is very little adhesion left. We don't want to make the 4 hour round trip back to the dealer for repairs. I'm wondering if I could us self-tapping sheet metal screws to secure the piece to the cab? If so, would stainless steel screws be the right choice. Thanks. And we love our new truck.
