I don't know what a 'meta system' is but, if you really want the capability, have you talked to your dealer about what it would take to install the factory system?

It is infeasible to add copilot 360 to a truck that doesn't come with it. Technically you could get the mirrors, taillight assemblies with the sensors, modules, wire it all in, and then use Forscan to turn it on. The difficulty would probably be similar to bolting on factory Adaptive Cruise Control and I suspect the cost even higher due to the mirrors, but this is just a guess. I suspect someone has done this with some Ford, even if it's not a Maverick, their costs and labor difficulty will be useful to know.

There's a variety of no-name chinese kits on Amazon ranging from under $100 to $300ish. Reviews and ratings are spotty and the sensors are bulky things. I wouldn't trust them to work well and certainly not to last more than a year or two, but anything is possible, I guess.

Blind spot convex mirror stick-ons have been a thing for decades and they're under $10.

Maybe try to find a Goshers Dealer local to your area, example: GOSHERS BSDS-003016P

Thanks for the input. I am thinking of this as I have almost no sight out of right eye and yes I do use my mirrors.

oh, that changes things a bit, in my opinion.

are you familiar with how the ford system works? it does not have an audible warning. it is a small light only. I would probably suggest aftermarket with audible warning... or, hate to say it, a different manufacturer since Ford does not have an option for audible warning chirps with their blind spot monitoring system.

The only special component about the mirrors are the glass assembly for the attached LED.

Could be Metra? They have an aftermarket radar-based BSM. They also have a model that's ultrasonic sonar one similar to the Goshers @OleFordGuy mentions, but the range on those is pretty short and placing on the bumper like backup sensors wouldn't really give good coverage in the true blue spot area adjacent to the vehicle due to the Maverick's length.

Yes it is metra and I didn't think ford could install the 360 system after the truck was built.
