Adding Wallpaper to the Display?

Has anyone been able to figure out how to upload a photo that can be set as the default wallpaper for the 13.2" display? I found instructions via Google to go to Settings and the Display and then there was supposed to be and option for adding a photo for this purpose but on my '25 Lariat Hybrid, there are only two choices on that screen and neither one deals with uploading a photo. Thoughts?

I think that on newer versions of Sync 4 this option has been disabled.

Custom wallpapers haven't been a thing since Sync 2.
