Adding fog lights running lights question

I was wondering before I tear the front bumper apart is there any good mounting surface behind the bumper where those two rectangular spots are on the bumper I have square fog lights that I would like to mount and those locations flush does that sound practical I'd love to see someone's front bumper off to see what's there before I start tearing it all apart.... Any pictures guys?

I have the tow hooks and I have a quote to mount the fog lights instead of the tow hooks. They need to fab a mounting bracket for the lights. The quote is $499 for the lights and installation.

Message the seller @ JJC, I'm sure he can send pictures. I messaged him a few times and he had no issue sending instructions over without me purchasing. Looks like an easy way to go, aside from cutting holes in the valance of course. His mount using holes where tow hooks mount IIRC.

I haven't got around to installing it yet but the brackets are beefy. I opted for the bezels too since it gives a nice, clean look.

wow you actually received your items from JJC? thats crazy. I bought some pillar lights in march of last year and never received them. He doesn't reply to emails on Etsy but for some reason he seems to still post on here. @Justin.23 are you ever going to ship out order 2833191800?
