Fairway Ford parts will take your Ford pass points.

Here is the list of what I bought from them. I think this totaled about $550.

Then it was just a matter of some wire and a few more connectors. And modifying your existing grill.

You have to email them to make up an invoice and have them take your points.

I see that LU2Z-14474-AA are fhe terminals. Where did you source the connectors? Anything else required? Thanks

If you decide to bite off this project, you will need to read through that entire thread in its entirety, entirely. And then again. And then again.

All of your questions will be answered.

Thanks for the info. But still one question, how did you know I bought and deal with Fairway Ford?

Coincidence.

It's the only online retailer that I know of that lets you use Ford pass points.

It's kind of a popular place amongst this club.

Just realized that my Fairway Ford is in MB Canada and not the one your referring to. Regardless I order from the US all the time.

$1,500 makes more sense now.

Somehow, our peaceful northern neighbors get raked over the coals!

Are there any differences in part numbers for the Ecoboost?

No.

But if you don't have the Lariat, you likely don't have the brake booster. It makes stop and go traffic pretty sketchy.

Electric brake booster, yeah.

But just don't use stop and go. Very easy - just don't push the ok button.

If you approach someone going slow, it will slow you down. I prefer to pay attention, see who is going slow, and change lanes to avoid them without ever adjusting my speed. If you are on a busy highway and get stuck behind the slow poke, all the cars you've already passed will pass you up. Gotta go with the flow in the fast lane or you will get boxed out for miles. I've driven 300 miles without ever slowing down on the highway in Texas. Of course, I only utilize cruise control at 70 + mph. I also hate the lane assist feature that fights you when you want to change lanes. The new "self driving" cars may be cool, but I would never trust them. I'm sure some people love adaptive cruise, but I'm not one of them. I'll do the driving thankyou very much :)
I bought a loaded Lariat...I have shut everything off too. It was all annoying. I'm glad that it stays off and don't need to do every time I start up. Whew, thanks for getting that right Ford.
