Ford does AC right.
The hybrid with DC scroll motor powering electric AC can run without the ice engine and it is wonderful!
I have reflectix for all the windows except the rear and my dogs can easily sit in 90+ degree sunny weather with the Mav keeping them ice cool and the engine only running 10-12 minutes per hour.
