For sure - the "lane centering" will vibrate the steering wheel and you will feel it bump back towards the middle. The adaptive cruise will speed up , slow down to maintain distance and keep the truck centered between the lines. It needs to see the lines to be active - I use it in traffic quite a bit too. That’s more promising than straight over the line onto the shoulder.
while I agree with this answer, it's not actually what the OP is asking, in my opinion.I’m Extremely Pleased with the ACC, lane centering, etc in mine. Zero complaints. You do have to touch the steering wheel every 15-20 seconds or so, that might not be exact since I never timed it, that’s fine with me, more safety and no illusion that you can just take a nap and forget everything
I did a test with my copilot 360 Lariat - The adaptive cruise is really pretty good. I drove from Nashville to Gatlinburg with a wheel buddy and the truck drove 90% of the time by itself. The lane keep assist alone tho is basically a bump it to the middle proposition.

I bet it's a 1 pound weight velcro strapped to the steering wheel.Wheel buddy? Please elaborate or show what you used
