I don't have a Tremor but I do have an Ecoboost with 4K towing and typically get no less than 32 - 35 mpg on the highway at as fast as 75 mph. The EPA ratings seem almost like a worst case scenario.
This is my experience too. I get a touch worse than you but i have a couple hundred pounds of tools in my truck almost always lol i’ve looked at the tremors a bit.. i dont see why theyd be substantially worse on fuel than the 4k package mavs… i know it has a 1” lift and different tires… but surely continentals and slightly less drag aren’t worth 6-8mpg

I have not had it long so I don't have good numbers to share but my Tremor is beating the EPA numbers by a lot.

I did read your comment and I have used the indicated along with the calculated mpg figures which are very close depending on how much highway driving I do. I've been stating that Tremors will probably best their EPA highway ratings since day one. My comment was based on your claim that driving 66mph sucks but that's just like, your opinion man. I'm just baffled by people willing to lose so much in terms of fuel efficiency just to get to their destination a few minutes sooner. It's also a well known fact that safety decreases at higher speeds, reaction times worsen, stopping distances worsen but by all means you do you.

You DID state that you don't believe that owners are getting the mileage they are stating which is a very strange accusation, how much do you think the indicated mileage is off? I can tell you from the random times I've calculated it it's usually very close. People are claiming highway MPG anyway, you made a claim that they would have to drive 400 miles at 55mph but ya know, that's kind of the whole point of having a highway EPA rating, ya know, driving on the highway, where there are no stop lights and you can maintain a steady speed for a long distance, again, it's called a highway. One more time, highway. Also, I maintain somewhere just above 65mph and still get 35mpg, when I've driven 55mph on a 55mph highway my mileage has been as high as 38mpg as documented here. Clearly though this is all part of a conspiracy and the reality is that Ford pays me to come here and tout the highway efficiency of the Ecoboost motor to try and get more people to switch over from the less profitable Hybrid model. Tin foil hat wearers unite!
I’ve got a 22 AWD no 4K or FX4 and I get anywhere from 32-43mph on highway that’s hand calculated. Some longer trips some short with 5-10% city mixed in. One trip of 500 miles I got 34mpg computer showed 34.4. Another 440 mile trip I got 35.4. Computer showed 35.2. And one 60 mile all highway trip got 42.8mpg computer showed 43.3.

I don't see an AWD Maverick getting 43 mpg no matter what, unless it's descending a couple thousand feet lol. The computer must have been a little too optimistic.

People like to reset the trip or look at the instantaneous when they're at speed and go 'wow, I'm doing so much better than the EPA estimate' when the EPA highway rating is a complete cycle including some low speed driving and accelerating up to highway speed.

No drafting. I use cruise control, no stops along way and a steady 65mph terrain was flat with very little variation other than up and down other side of overpasses.

The only mpg figure that actually matters is the lifetime mpg. Instantaneous or even short trips don't count. Heck, I've gotten 99.9+ mpg in my superduty. Don't sweat the small stuff.

I have the 2.0 EB Lariat with 4k tow package. I'm just under 600 miles driven. About 65% of that is city, and 35% hwy. My average is under 22mpg so far. I do not have it in eco mode, but I'm driving pretty conservatively. I'm hoping it's a mix of the break in period and cooler weather here in MI. I certainly expected much better.
23.3 over the course of 6 tanks. So I am right in this same ballpark. Maybe some improvement with more break in? But this is pretty expected I think for the Tremor. They always say that shin spoiler is worth a lot of mpg…
Sadly my 6.6 Duramax is better on fuel, but the current cost of diesel offsets that.

I for one wish they would put a word for word reprint of every forum post in the owners manual so new buyers would get the truth.

And then maybe someone in the government could tell us all what is true and not true…because they said so.

In the real world my tremor is getting better MPG than the window sticker and better than some people on this form. I am happy with the MPG. I did add a bed cover and that may be helping to get better MPG.
