So, Ive searched the forum and cant find anything on leveling a tremor - Im sure somebody has. As you all know, the Tremor does already have a bit of a lift, decent shocks - I'm hoping that someone who has put anther 1" (preferably 1.5 or actually 2" to level it) can share some information with me. While id really like to get some additional ground clearance, i would also be interested in how many miles you put on it (Im aware an increased angle on cv's), and what issues (if any). Also looking to put a 1" - 1.5" taller tire, like a ko2 of ko3 on it.
Thanks for helpin!

The increased CV angles and the heavier tires will both put increased wear on the axles as you seem to know. If the possible extra maintenance and/or possible warranty refusal is worth it to you by all means jump, it will look great.

I recently measured a couple of Tremors at a dealership, there is only 1" difference from the ground to the top-center of the wheelwell opening, comparing the fronts to the backs. A 2" lift in the front would start looking like a Carolina squat,,,,

This might seem crazy to some, but all I've seen are lift options for leveling the truck. Is there a kit out there that would drop the back 1"? I have the same concerns about excessive cv wear as some and I'm reluctant to lift the front.

you can definitely install a bit larger tires. Tremors are pretty rare, so I can't personally recall seeing pics of a 255/65-17 on a stock Tremor but I bet it would work. a ton of people use a 245/65-17 on stock non-Tremor.

beyond that, I personally would leave the rake, but if you really want it closer to level, I would suggest the Zone 1" puck lift. https://zoneoffroad.com/products/1-in-leveling-kit-2022-ford-maverick?variant=41615303934040

since the Maverick is a FWD-based and FWD-biased vehicle, unlike a F150 even when a F150 is in advanced 4A mode, the CV joints get a lot of work. Tremor axles are bigger, but you'll still find that people are cautious about lifts here.

Funny thing about that Zone kit, I contacted them because I am thinking of just using the 3/4" spacer on top of the strut, and not add the 1/4" spacer under the spring. I have a '24, and they could not confirm fit, since they had not personally tested,,,,

that's weird. I am highly confident it would work in general, and also would be fine to use either the top puck or the spring perch spacer. on a bronco or full size truck getting 2.5" to 3.0" lift, it makes good sense to me to split the difference between the top hat and perch so you don't get too much negatives of either method of lifting.

I have to say that I'm a bit surprised they bothered with the 1/4" perch spacer. personally, I'd go ahead and install it while you're in there, but again I'm pretty confident it will work fine on a '24. if it didn't, there would have to be some undocumented significant change to the '24 suspension and I don't think there has been.

24 Tremor/leveled & lifted, 31" tires, & offset wheels, looks great & handles great, but driver cv axle & inner tie rod bad at 6,500 miles, but it was leaking grease before lifted. CV AXLES & tie rod ends will be a problem with any lift/tire package as they are inferior parts. I hope soon there is an upgraded option available.

It's already level. You put that crap on a Tremor and you are going to ruin your truck.

Tires. Done.

245/65R17's. KO2/3's in that size are heavy enough as it is. Anything else is just dumb on these vehicles.

If you want to just level and up to a 31” go ranger lifts or similarc, , you want to spend money and get additional wheel travel start with a flat out suspensions gr40 kit with rear subframe spacers . If you want more you will have to wait . I am close and hoping to have fiberglass fenders and rear quarters post sema show . About end of the year.
31” may still need a little inner fender pinch weld cutting/welding to avoid rubbing.i have 4 1/2-5” lift dialed right now with custom parts , about 2” of axle affecting lift , making for about 1- 11/2 degrees aditional angle, fully beating on it and just passed. 10k miles on this set up ahile at bitd vegas to reno off road race 2 weeks ago.
Can look up under “ prerunner build”

Mine was definitely not level, front end was almost 2" lower than rear. I spent an Xtra 4k for the Tremor package as i wanted an off road usable truck. If i had wanted to ride in the mall parking lot i would not have optioned the truck this way.

Definitely not dumb.

Sounds like you need a monster truck with that mentality and a lesson on suspension before you start driving it. The Tremor is as level and tall as it needs to be. You should know. You had failure, right? But strut pucks and crappy lifts are not dumb? And it sounds like you added more unsprung weight and further changes to those angles by going with something over 245/65R17?

Ok. Does someone need to hold a bright reflective sign up for you? You seriously don't think ANY of that contributed to your failure?

Every user that modifies their suspension on these vehicles and comes in here to report a failure is not helping. Every single one of you are giving FORD ammo. Not only that, but it's nothing new. All over forums for decades people have put puck lifts and spacers etc etc, had failure, and been like "why so early".... it's not rocket science guys.

Revert to stock and then report back with the help Maverick owners deserve so we can change the reports to without a doubt being a stock issue from FORD's perspective. It's that simple.

I agree with your findings. A lot of opinions - not a lot of recommendations. If / when i find something, i guess i will have to post
