On my 2025 Hybrid Lariat, Is there any voice command to the truck that can adjust the fan speed? I can use voice commands to control temperature, but haven't found any voice commands that work to adjust fan speed. Hoping there's some voice command I just haven't come across yet to do that.

Following. Was wondering the same. Tried all kind of options but nothing. It would be great to do the speed as well. Use voice command for the temperature all the time.

Asked my 2025 for a list of climate commands and fan speed wasn't there. Someone push the voice feedback button and tell Ford to add those commands 😄

No, I wish there was because reaching across the truck to turn it up and down on the screen is the worst thing about the 25 Maverick. I heard that the newest version of Android Auto is going to have "enhanced climate control commands" so maybe it will be added into that?

One thing you can do is leave it on "Auto" (which seems to be what Ford is trying to push you to use over standard fan controls) and use your voice command to raise the temperature up and down which will make the fan speed up or slow down

Auto is a terrible solution for maintaining any sort of occupant sanity, as it'll blow the fan at random speeds, and for someone who is sensitive to air blowing around the cabin (both fan noise and airflow against the body), is a non-starter to maintain sanity on anything more than short in-town trips.

When I get in my Maverick in the middle of summer, I don't want the fan to start blowing at fan speed 7 automatically just to cool it down to the "Auto" temperature, as that blast of air is quite uncomfortable for occupants, even if the vehicle is trying to cool things down as quickly as possible.

I use AUTO pretty much all the time. Not sure on the 25's, but on my 24 I can set the max fax speed when in auto. Only time I have seen that overridden is when I use max a/c.

Pro-tip: If you're a solo driver, shut your vents, leave the passenger vents open. You'll still get cool air blasting into the cabin to keep the temps down, but it won't be blowing into your hands and face.

It's kind of a "Duh, obviously" statement, but I've had plenty of friends and family over the years hear me say it, and more than I can count went, "Duh... great idea!"

Played around with the auto fan setting a bit last night. I noticed that the fan blew really high when I had the AC temp set to "Low", but if I set it to something else (even the lowest actual temperature value and not just "low"), the fan slowed down a lot and was much more tolerable. Guess I need to get out of the habit of running the temp on "low" during the summer if I want to have the climate set on "auto". Probably the same during the winter with the heat, when it eventually gets cold in the fall.

Sometimes hard to teach an old dog new tricks when it comes to vehicle technology.

"low" is basically the same as putting it on "max AC", you have to change it to an actual number like you do a thermostat in your house, but then you can use voice commands and say "set temperature to 73" or whatever it is. If you set it to 73, and its 95 degrees outside, it will blow harder than if you set it to 73 and it was 76 outside. Also check to make sure you have the head and legs blowers turned on, if you just have the head one on it blows really hard, but if you have both on, it barely blows out from the top blowers even at full speed
