2025 Maverick Job 2 Production Start Date?

Everything I’ve read and heard suggests job2 order’s should not be placed until later this month. Anything placed now has a chance to still be a job1 order depending on that dealer’s allocation.

Did your salesperson have confirmation your truck will be job 2? From what I read, Job 2 production will start either in January or February.

He knows I will only take a job 2 truck. But if it ends up being a job 1 truck he had another one on order for me that will definitely be job 2.

I got an email from my salesman that said according to his system it showed my truck, which should be job 2, is set for production in the week of December 30th

Ford.com still makes no mention of Pro Trailer as included on a 2025 AWD 4k tow... I'm not placing an order until I know it does!

....but still not listed on the build form. I canceled my first Lariat order because the dealer couldn't guarantee I'd get Pro Trailer yet.

According to the @fordvideoguy, order banks for Job 2 is finally here!! This brings with it all the trailer tech packages some folks have been waiting on. Once I learned Job 1 didn't have these features, I cancelled my Job 1 order so that I could ensure I was on Job 2. I was just waiting for the Job 2 order banks to open so with this news I'll be reordering again.

I ordered a lariat hybrid all-wheel-drive on August 16 and I just received a January 6 production schedule. I thought because of my early order I would be stuck with job 1, which meant I wouldn’t have pro trailer hitch assist or back up assist. I checked with Ford vehicle tracking using my VIN and according to the accessories listed for my truck, the hitch assist and back up assist are included. Does this mean that my truck will now be produced as part of job2. That is, job2 is starting the first of the year?

Same vehicle here. Mine has been in production since 11/23, so definetly Job 1, but it lists pro trailer backup assist in the features as well (as part of the Co-Pilot 360 package).

If it's Job 1, my understanding is it will not come with the two tech features listed below. Those are only available on Job 2 as standard for Lariat and some other trim... can't recall which. However, you could still get those features if your Job 1 happens to run over and into Job 2's production run. That would be the only exception. Check the 501A package. For the Job 2 build it was listed as the last two features in the details section (see attached)

That's where I saw it when I built mine and I confirmed tonight it was a Job 2 build. Hope that helps.

Re-placed an order yesterday mid day for a job 2. Got my email confirmation and txt message minutes later. I received my scheduled Feb 3 build date already 24 hours later. That was fast!

My first order of a lariat AWD hybrid with 4k tow still shows in production. Ordered with a nearby dealer with x plan. Build date was week of nov 18. I just pulled the on line window sticker and there is no mention of pro trailer or hitch assist. My local dealer knows I am going to pass on this truck when it shows up. I don’t expect any truck built before feb 3 to have the assists.

My job 2 order msrp went up $400 but I ordered this one from granger. Saving enough with granger pricing to more than offset the extra $400 + travel when the truck finally shows up in March

Hi All, first post. I got my email that my truck as scheduled (2025 Lariat w/4K) for January 13. I was not expecting to get the Co-pilot 360 2.0 or towing features (expected to be in Job 1), but it looks like those features are listed when I pull up my truck via the VIN on Ford's tracker. Odd. I guess I will wait and see...but it would be cool if I ended up in Job 2.

How did you confirm it was a job 2 build? By the information you saw? By build date is 1/13 but I still have those accessories listed also on my AWD hybrid lariat with 4k towing (desert sand).
