Are skid plates now available for ‘25 hybrid Mav’s. Can drain plugs be accessed without out plate removal?
Does an after market plate void ford warranty? Thanks for any info

No. No. Also No.

I'll be honest - there is no reason to put skid plates on an AWD Hybrid - and that is coming from someone who owns an AWD Hybrid and actually takes it on rutted out, washboard, mountain roads to get to my property.

Thanks for info. Double checking on oil pan drain plug can only be accessed after removing factory version of skid plates?

Correct but you could cut the felt cover if you really wanted to so you don't have to remove it each time. I don't find it that big of a deal to remove to change my oil.

Agree - and removing the whole cover enables a more thorough leak inspection.

Rival makes a skid plate for the hybrid which gives you access to the drain plugs. Please see below:

Now that's a SKID plate.

I don't think the undershield hairy cardboard should be called a skid plate.

I have looked around a bit. Is this available for the 2025 hybrid. That seems to be an exception from offerings

Yes, skid plates are part of the 4k towing package (my understanding, anyway). The rest are no, and no.

No they are not. No skid plates come with 4K tow package.

Very well, I concede. YouTube had led me to believe otherwise. I have no personal knowledge or experience to offer on the topic.

Thanks for yours!

It might be different for the Hybrids but I had the Rival on my ecoboost. I took it off after about 500 miles because the drain plug was situated right on the edge of the opening. I bought it specifically to make oil changes easier but I would have had to sit there with a funnel to keep half the oil from going on the skid plate. I have no idea why they don't move the opening an inch to the right. It was a really well made piece but useless if you want to take out the drain plug and let it drain into a pan. I also had to modify it a bit because one of the rivet nuts was rubbing on the oil pan. (See pic)

You're incorrect. Rival makes one.

Also I don't see where OP was asking about opinions on their applications.
