2025 LED HEADLAMP Projection

Hello,
I've owned my 2025 Maverick Lariat Hybrid now for a month and a day; I noticed this on day 1. I thought I can ignore it but here we are..

It doesn't seem like much but once the lights extend to the street, it creates an imperfect projection of light. Almost like dark spots. at the top of the projection.

I had a 2023 Lariat and never really had an issue like this. I understand, different year models.

It's been driving me nuts. Has anyone else noticed this? And If I have made you noticed, I apologize in advance b/c it's noticeable to me.

yup Exact same observation on my 25 Lariat. While the overall light dispersion and Cutoff is good, It's that Jagged top that bugs me.

My ford Edge had Projection Headlights and they were better with no funky edges. Acura TLX No funky edges.

I'll live with the jagged top edge as Driving in Night time is a small fraction of my driving anyways

That is really a crappy cut off on those projectors. The Morimotos I retrofitted on my last Ranger had a very sharp cutoff with a slightly lower cutoff on the driver's side to help mitigate blinding on coming cars. Ford should just buy Morimotos if they can't get it right.

This is exactly what I am too concerned about. Just poor design quality.
