255/60 R19 would be sweet!

Am I dreaming?
31" diameter is too big. About 29.5"-30" is the limit.

Edit to add: they do also appear to come in 245- or 255/55R19 which probably might fit.

I'm looking at the Falken Wildpeak A/T Trail:

https://www.tirerack.com/tires/Spec.jsp?tireMake=Falken&tireModel=WildPeak A/T Trail&sidewall=Raised Black Letter&partnum=445VR9WPATTXL&tab=Sizes

Anyone work this out yet?

255/60 R19 would be sweet!

Am I dreaming?
255/60/19 Blizzaks are what I have on the rear of my '24 Hybrid, for additional clearance in snow country. However I am using factory alloys from the Ford Edge with a different offset, which required 1" wheel spacers. I haven't tried them with the load capacity maxed out on the rear suspension however. I haven't tried them on the front however, which are slightly smaller Blizzaks (235/70/17). You can't do that of course if you have a 4WD setup

It's a hybrid so much larger/heavier wheels will affect fuel economy more than they would on an ecoboost.

Your stock size is what? 225/55/19, right?
I'd say 245/55/19 is the biggest you should go otherwise you will just be killing the fuel economy way too much.

As a reference point, I have a '23 hybrid and upsized from 225/65/17 to 235/70/17 and took about a 4 mpg hit (calculated by distance/fuel in fuelly rather than just off the computer estimate.)

That would be true only if they are installed on the front of a FWD. I'm just running them on the rear, so the engine doesn't know they are there. I want to keep the nose down so that I don't create more air resistance. Mine is only FWD so I can mix sizes---to a point. I might lose a speck of mileage due to the width of the tires, but the alloy wheels weigh less than the steelies.

I find this page to be useful to navigate all the available tire sizes for a given rim diameter.

https://www.tirerack.com/tires/sizes/results.jsp?diameter=19

235/60R19 would be about the right size, but I don’t see any AT tires in that size.
I picked up some 17” rims to try and find a better selection of AT style tires in about this size and some are available, but they sweet spot sizes all seem to be heavier tires.

I actually grabbed a set from https://pneusquebec.net/pneus-225-70r19-5/ not too long ago — solid pricing and they had what I needed in stock, shipped fast too. Might be worth checking if they’ve got something in the size you’re after. They specialize in heavy-duty and commercial stuff, but sometimes they’ve got gems that fit crossover builds too.

I’m running 245/55R19s with no rubbing at stock height, even on full lock. Fitment’s tight but works fine, though I wouldn’t go any taller without a lift or trimming.
Do you have any photos of your combination? Which brand/model of tire are you running? Stock Lariat wheels or aftermarket? I am interested in alternatives to the stock tires on my 25. Thanks.

This is the size I'd personally go with.
It makes the Mav look way better, and isn't going to completely trash the fuel economy.
