I live in a snowy climate and often use the "slippery" driving mode. I have noticed lately that when my truck slides a little it makes a bunch of clicking noises I can hear in the cab. Is that normal?

Yes, it is normal.

**Is a normal fear response from the truck that it might crash into something. That is its way of saying 'Oh SH!T' 😱

**just kidding.

Besides traction control, specific to ABS - it's a different effect than my prior cars.
You could feel those a tad to a lot more in the brake pedal.
This almost not at all.

But I can hear that clicking rather loud.

I guess Lariat or XLT - not much soundproofing from engine bay.
Unless they actually have a component in the cab for the ABS system. Huh.

Yes. Normal. It's the ABS.
