2024 cv joints/boots still a problem??

After replacing my 2023 maverick CV joints once my truck hit 44,000 miles.
I got into a wreck months after and the mini van that tboned me totaled my 2023 maverick hybrid truck.
I bought a 2024 hybrid maverick with 6,000 miles on it.
I was wondering if the cv joints still go bad after 30,000 miles or they have upgraded them when being built and is no longer needed?

Upgraded version came end of 2024, used in current replacements.

Makes you wonder why Ford doesn't mail a recall out for all Ford Mavericks 2022-2024 with these cv boots joints knowing they all fail?
Love to get mine scheduled before the front end severe wobbles like last year when I had on my 2023 Maverick.

I just got it in the mail yesterday. Not a recall, just covered under warranty when they start to fail. Now I can take my receipt in to get reimbursed for passenger side CV axle since I was past warranty. (when I get the truck back from engine replacement)

They don't all fail early. Not according to posts by plenty of drivers.

It is a wear item, so eventually it's expected.

There is a recall for for majority range of 22MY. Perhaps more will be added later.

Good news is when they fail there is an updated part number that should fare better.

Just got mine in the mail yesterday too, they will look at it if it's making noise when you accelerate, I only have 21K on it, so no noise, & I put my foot down alot. The notice is good for some years, + I did get an extended warranty.
