2023 Woodward Dream Cruise

Long time lurker first time post. I'm expected to get my Mav the first week of August. I was wondering if there is any meet ups for local Mav owners going on for the dream cruise this year?

Not that I'm aware of, but I do plan to be there. Unfortunately I'll be driving my wife's Explorer to haul all our family and stuff from Connecticut. We'll also be visiting my son, a Ford Engineer. (Yes, he still has a job)

My son is a GM Electrical Engineer, and they are busy as can be.

I'd love to go to the dream cruise with the Maverick this year, but I'm sure I won't have it by then.

I think there's some reason to be hopeful. I was surprised at how quickly mine arrived from Mexico; it was actually a few days early. I think the rail delays may be resolving, if they can keep in on the tracks.

For anyone thinking of not going, it is one of the bucket list events for true car people.

I haven't been for 20 years but will make it again someday.

Definitely a must attend at least once event.

I'll be out there this year just not with my maverick as it hasn't arrived yet. First time going to one so can't wait to see how it is!
