Hines Drive runs through Hines Park, which is really a system of parks in Wayne County, Michigan, near Detroit. It's a long, winding scenic road portions of which are located in a floodplain, that will flood seasonally. Lots of parks are located along the road. This event is being held on a portion of that road.
