Minimal grinding on the bottom of the strut itself. None whatsoever on the truck. Get you a link in a min

The lift says bronco but is the exact same lift. Hope this helps.

What is the purpose of grinding the strut? I've seen this on all lift kits.

Grinding the lip on the bottom of the strut is To eliminate any metal to metal contact at full droop. Not much trouble at all.

Can you comment on mpg now with the 245s and the lift? Thinking about going this route but would like to keep as much mpg as possible. Kinda the point of the truck for me

Not noticeable to me. Of course driving style and how heavy your foot is. But honestly not enough difference to mention.
