Why would it be worth it to me for you to lift your Maverick?

I would leave it stock and go with a 245/65R17 tire. It will fit and look great on your stock Mav with no lift at all. There are too many issues with the CV axles with a 2" lift or level unless you upgrade to Tremor axles etc. You could just level out the front 1" to match the rear. Here is a pic of my Tremor with 245/65R17 Kenda Klever AT/2's with the stock Tremor lift. Good luck with your build and post pics!

Stock, for me. I don’t tow at all and don’t load the bed up too much, so I just leveled the truck by dropping the rear

I'm aware of the cv issues, but I really wanted those 30" tires. I also left the 1" rear lift out. I liked this posture

The only reason I might lift it is to clear rocks on bad roads.
The Mav handles good stock and a lift would compromise that and it also might compromise suspension and drive components and gas milage.
