@fordvideoguy do you happen to have a list of all the rate options?

Also, can these rates be combined with rebates such as Farm Bureau or is it an either/or type deal?

I assume they would combine with the private offer for those pushed from MY22 to MY23...

Assuming you mean 12/2021. Don't remember when the original rates changed, but at least in October they were still 0% 36, 0.9% 48, 1.9% 60 and think 3.9% 72-84

It was the same in early January 2022.

This will be for everyone. Looks like it's a big promotion Ford is doing for new retail orders across multiple models.

Reached out to my dealer regarding submitted my rolled over MY22 order to MY23 on Aug. 2. He said they didn't have much information from Ford yet but interestingly, he said they heard Ford will be offering a protected rate of 2.9% for 60 Months on MY23 orders.

As someone who will likely be looking for a 60-month term if/when my truck shows up, I found that to be pretty good news if true. After all, that's only 1% higher than the 1.9 for 60 Ford offered last year and significantly lower than current auto rates available from major lenders.
Considering the inflationary environment of the economy, I would say a 2.9% rate is not bad at all. That’s my hot take on it…..

Yes, I have the information on the Ford Sales Event from 7/18-9/5 for all new orders. Looks like they will not be keeping your original rates on your 22 order. I was told that their private offer can be used on special rates available at launch of 23 orders. Oh and the special rates (2.9% for 60 months) is for the Maverick Ecoboost not the Hybrid. I'm just the messenger, remember that. :(
Is their reason for that ? Or just because the hybrids is higher demand option ?

That is total bullsh*t. The policy was to protect the rates available at time of order until Ford gets their sh*t together and delivers the vehicle. Whether that is 4 mo, 14, mo, or 40 mo down the road SHOULDN'T MATTER!!

Looks like with the MSRP increase and financing increase.....Ford has less and less incentive to push late MY22's out the door. Why rush to make less money?

Kick the can down the road to MY23 and make more $$$.....

If I don't get built in MY22 & get kicked to MY23..... that would not be the end of the world. I understand. I have been patient........ I understand the alleged supply chain woes....

BUT AT LEAST HONOR YOUR FINANCING COMMITMENTS & POLICIES!!!!

Last time I checked....Ford Financing was not experiencing "chip shortages" or "constrained options".
It is the LEAST they can do for us out of respect for the ridiculous amount of time some of us have been waiting...

If I don't get my 0%/36 mo upon delivery that was promised to me......whenever that may be..... you may be seeing me on the 6 o'clock news in a less-than-favorable light.

One of the reasons I removed the luxury package from my hybrid XLT was to try and get it built as a 2022 and keep the 0% for 36 month rate. And here we go, effectively almost a 3% rate increase for a 36 month loan on the turbo version. And worse than that on the hybrid.

I can’t really blame Ford as interest rates are going to keep heading up. Based on the economic data this month I’m expecting to see the Fed do a full 1.0% increase on July 27th.

If I am reading that chart right, then most likely a hybrid with be a Tier 3 (I am guessing) @ 4.9% interest. Not sure I am springing for the Hybrid now with a potential of a 2% interest rate difference. Given the low mileage I drive, The other caveat is will the Hybrid still be the cheaper option in MY23?

It would not be out of the realm of possibility that the Hybrid engine could also become the higher priced option as well.

August 2nd could very well be full of surprises.

I got a protected rate of 0%/36mo the first of June. Can't beat that with interest rates where they are today.
I Received 0.9% financing on my 2022 Mav I received in April 2022..
