2.5 - Hot Weather - Very rough idle

It was previously discussed about rough idle during really cold weather and it seems to be normal. We have had hot weather here lately (105), and when stopped, idling was very rough. I ran codes and there were none. Anyone else noticed rough idle in hot weather?

I have a 23 hybrid. It was 109 the other day and it ran smooth like it always does. Maybe you got bad gas?

2026 hybrid, it runs a bit rough when the a/c is going. I just figured it is fighting the NC 100% humidity.

Whether or not the AC is on, shouldn't make a difference. Our electric AC compressor is run off of the battery and not the engine.
There is no belt connecting the engine and AC directly. In simple terms. The high voltage Drive battery acts is a buffer and energy storage between the engine and the AC.
The AC compressor will run without the engine running.

good idea about the gas. I’ll see what it does on the next tank.
