2/21 Build Date - In Production

nice to see a lot on this thread with this build week are taking delivery, the ones still waiting (myself included) are hopefully in the home stretch...who's left?

I had a build week of 02/21 and on 02/27 I found that the tracker was updated to both Built and Shipped on 02/24 with a delivery estimate of 03/24 to 03/30. There where no more updates to the tracker but on 03/21 my salesman called to say the truck arrived and they would have it ready on 03/22 to pickup.

I went and saw the truck on Monday, 03/21 and then completed the purchase on Tuesday, 03/22. Everything went smooth with the purchase; no surprises. I drove the truck off the lot in Marianna, FL and up to Dothan, AL to have Sothern Truck Outfitters do a spray-in bedliner.

While I was picking the truck up on Tuesday my Tonneau Cover from Lomax was delivered so on Wednesday I installed that. It is a very easy install.

The truck looks and drives great but I do have a problem that with the Cruise Control and the Instrument Cluster controls on the steering wheel. The Set+ and Set- buttons on the Cruise Control and the "Up" and "Down" buttons on the Instrument Cluster controls are in-operable. Basically when I touch these buttons there is absolutely no tactile feel of them moving. The other buttons on each cluster seem to function.

Edit: THERE IS NO PROBLEMS WITH TRUCK. My wife took the truck out and got everything to work. It turns out that what I took for buttons were just labels and the central button was a three way button that did everything. Duh???

Ordered 11 October. XL all stripped down for expediency. Got my 'In Production' love letter from Ford Feb. 10. I've been on these boards for a few weeks and there is no discernable pattern from that point to delivery. I want off this ride! Only seen one in the wild. Nice truck. I think our wait will be rewarded. Bad Roll-Out. I know, I know.....Chips, Haulers, Politics, Jabs etc. has put a vise on our orders but C'mon Ford! At least throw in CC or something. Maybe Priority on my MY2023 Hybrid order coming in August. Something! A Maverick fridge magnet would be a gesture of some goodwill. I hope to be driving my truck by April Fools Day. Happy Trails my fellow travelers. It's been a long trip.

How about a fridge magnet with a hole punched out to represent "THE CHIP"?

Mine's still in transit (est. delivery 3/23-29). For a brief period today the window sticker bottom date updated to 3/24 and the VIN didn't resolve anymore on palsapp which got my hopes up....then it all reverted.

Picked up and drove home with my XL AWD ECO today. Very pleased with this little truck. I averaged 28.6 MPG on the way home, impressed with that. Can't wait to get the Bronco sport rims mounted next week and get a tonneau cover ordered.

Drove through Jack Kain's lot last night on my way home from Cincinnati and my truck is there! I got out and checked the VIN to be sure. It was a bit too dark to get a good picture though.

Tracking system shows it's still in transit. No word from the dealership yet. Doesn't look like the truck has been washed, so I'm not certain how long it's been there.

I'm still waiting on a new bumper to come in for my Fusion so I can sell it to take the Mav. It's been 6 weeks since the bumper was ordered. I'm hoping I don't have to eat a loss because of the shipping issues.
