Chipola Ford in Mariana was great. The truck arrived 03/21/22 and they had it ready to go the next day. Everything was exactly what we had agreed to back in June 2021. No dealer add-ons to haggle about no ADM etc. They made it the easiest car purchase I've been part of.
I got my built email on 02/25/22 and the shipped email on 02/28 with an estimated delivery between 03/24/22 and 03/3022. I showed up at the dealer on 03/21/22 so in my case they beat their estimate.
I put a Lomax on 3 days ago. The installation is super simple and although the forward panel doesn't fold up, the whole thing can be removed without tools. We had an all night rain since I put it on and the bed was dry the next morning.
I had a build week of 02/21 and on 02/27 I found that the tracker was updated to both Built and Shipped on 02/24 with a delivery estimate of 03/24 to 03/30. There where no more updates to the tracker but on 03/21 my salesman called to say the truck arrived and they would have it ready on 03/22...
My XLT Hybrid was originally scheduled for 1/31 production then moved to 2/7. It seems like the one common item with a number of the comments above me is a hitch receiver.
Below is a schedule of communications from Ford and my dealer after ordering my Maverick XLT Hybrid. It sounds like some of you have not received any email from Ford.
It seems to me that you that if you ordered in the early months should have at least received the 10/21/21 "Free FITS Kit"...
I was surprised on Saturday evening, 12/04, and saw an email from Ford that had arrived at 5:11PM that evening giving me a build date of 01/31. This is my business email and I check it frequently 7 days a week.
I had forgotten all about Ford since nothing showed on Thursday or Friday.
Ordered and confirmed June 23, Chipola Ford Marianna, FL. Not scheduled.
XLT hybrid, iconic silver with hitch receiver, full size spare, originally with spray-in liner but canceled the liner in August.
