Go Cats!!! Although there are plenty of Hybrid owners reporting no issues well beyond 19k miles. Most of his issues don’t sound like they would be specific to a hybrid to me.

3.) do a soft reset by pushing power button and skip track button >> at the same time and infotainment will come back.

Comment Number 4, ACC. Sounds to me like it is working as it should be. If I am on the interstate and ACC is maintaining a safe following distance on a car below my set speed, then I expect the Mav to accelerate when I move into the left lane.
The ACC issue is when a car in front of me is starting to move over for an exit, it will accelerate to the point where I have to disengage it, as half the car is still in my lane and I can't read the mind of that driver so I error on the side of caution and disengage it before possible impact or the emergency breaking system kicks in and slams on the breaks. I have also noticed that the ACC doesn't seem to monitor the road and compensate (slow down) for upcoming curves like my 2017 Mazda did, not a gripe, just an adjustment I have had to be aware of. In stop and go traffic, the ACC is my best friend as long as I am aware of how it operates.

I like my MPG with my mostly city driving. Like the K state pinstripe.

I did read the manual, and I do watch what it does while in ACC, I'm just surprised at its behavior compared to my 2017 Mazda CX-5 that it replaced. My gripes are in line with a comparable priced vehicle (the Lariat Lux was not an inexpensive vehicle 33k+ttl, at least to me not inexpensive) memory seat was deleted because of chip shortage according to Ford.
By losing it's crap, I mean the infotainment looses connection with the phone and goes into a default mode where it looks for the phone and will not do anything else, then when it does find the phone, plays everything from the center channel speaker in the dash before fixing itself and going back to normal, not a big deal as it only happens once or twice every 3 or so months. The OTA software updates have been available on less expensive cars for years (think Nissan Leaf). The grips are just that, things I wish it had, no means deal breakers for me to keep it for another 100k miles.
The infotainment system in my 23 F150 has similar issues

In your F150, do you have the Sync 4 with the big center screen or the smaller Sync 3 system? Just curious if it is only on the Sync 3 systems or across the board with both Sync systems. Happens with both my android Pixel 7 pro and wife's iphone 14 pro, so I'm pretty sure it isn't pone related. It's only been a real problem once in the past year. I had to stop the truck, close the door, walk away from the truck (so the sensor would know I wasn't in it anymore), lock it and allow it to do a full power cycle for it to find my phone again.

Sans the CV axles which seems to be an overwhelmingly Hybrid issue - these all seem like nitpicks and if that is all you're seeing at 20k miles it is holding up pretty damn well. Makes me happy.
It appears to me that both models fail, are the part numbers different? At any rate definitely not isolated incident, ford should fix this..

Thank you, I will defiantly try that before the power cycle next time.

if you could pull the whipper blades out and they would stay in place for cleaning your windshield without scratching your hood every time.
Rotate the wiper blades while they are still touching the glass until they are pointing straight up the windshield. Then pull them away from the glass and flip them out. They stay in place and don't scratch the hood if done this way.

Obligatory SSM reference:

SSM 50200 - 2021 Bronco Sport, 2022 Maverick - Front Wiper Arm(s) Or Wiper Blade(s) Replacement Service Procedure Tips

On 2021 Bronco Sport and 2022 Maverick vehicles, when replacing wiper blades or wiper arms, damage to the wiper motors may occur if the following steps are not followed prior to using the Workshop Manual (WSM) procedure in Section 501-16. To remove the wiper blades: 1. Place ignition key in accessory position (vehicles with keys) or key inside the vehicle (vehicles with intelligent access), press the Start-Stop button without applying the brake pedal. 2. Activate the wipers using the stalk switch. Do not manually rotate the wiper arms and blades. Damage to the wiper motor may occur. 3. When the wipers are at mid travel, move the key to the off position (units with keys) or press the Start-Stop button again to leave the wipers in a service position. Service the wiper blades once the wiper arms are at the mid travel position using the procedure in the Owner's Manual

Sync 4 with the center screen. Problem doesn’t occur that often but doesn’t matter if my iPhone or android phone.
