I also wanted to install a "cigarette lighter' 12v outlet in the bed, but was thinking of merely using the smaller 12v panel just to the right of the larger storage bin. Thanks to your post, I now can see how installing it in the larger panel gives it more protection from the elements. I'm sure there's a 12v cigarette lighter outlet with a protective cap that will fit in the smaller panel.The two touch-control LED bed lights were a dealer installed option that just came in today; they came in handy late this afternoon as I finished installing a marine grade 12v power outlet in the bed cubby to run a 15amp Pittsburgh Tools air inflator.![]()
