So I think the 12V on either side of the bed is awesome - but I'm thinking of some different accessories that I might want to wire up where it would be handy to turn them on and off from the cab. Has anyone looked into doing this yet?

An example would be if you mounted rear KC type lights or something and wanted to turn them on from the cab or even regular KC lights for that matter. Would be nice to mount them on a rack etc and then wire them via the existing wires in the back bed and then switch them on/off from the cab.

Thoughts?

There are already an infinite variety of switches and relays available for these types of things. I think that little cubby next to the screen is screaming out for some switches. But I would leave those rear 12V alone for this. There are lots of unused fuse locations and higher power stuff needs to go directly to the battery with thicker cables and relays anyway. Those 12V prewired bed connectors are wired together and on a 20 AMP fuse likely with wire gauge to match.
True, I just thought it might be handy if the wires are already there, however since those wires are there, they probably also have a pretty clear way of running them through the body someplace so shouldn't be too tough to figure out to either run other wires or add a switch inline someplace.
