I was rather unimpressed with what the Tacoma offered for the same price as what my Frontier has that I bought. Hopefully Toyota changes that in the future.

What date should we put on our calendars as the last possible date to get a notification of a VIN and a build date for a MY23 we ordered? I know the order banks for MY24 open July 17, but will it be as before of we need to order on that day but could still get our MY23 notification and build?
To the OP, glad you’re safe and the AEB worked. As for ROI, no Kia or Hyundai will be considered a good ROI except maybe the Genesis brand. Your Maverick will outperform the Kia on the ROI
AM radio is still a good feature for emergency broadcasts. At my sister in laws place in Florida, I get horrible phone reception and almost no ability to text unless on the wifi. Maybe an add-on AM radio will be in the works.
