I went to them on July 17th to place my order and they said the books were not open yet, I left my name and number asking for a call when they did open. A little later I saw that Bowditch posted on their webpage that they were taking orders. I went down, placed my order, received my confirmation from Ford later that afternoon. The next day I went back down and they had completely forgot to get back to me.Happy Birthday to me, got my scheduled email the day before my birthday.

Hah, I’m in Minnesota and I had a similar thought when my Maverick was not scheduled. It’s disappointing but at least that means I will get it after then end of salt season. Unless of course it overshoots the brief Minnesota summer and I don’t get it until *next* winter…Mine is scheduled for mid Jan. and probably arrive to MN mid/early Feb. Here in MN it's in the middle of salt season. I want to delay it a month or 2.

The Sales Manager claims to have reached out to the dealer rep who said it was too late to make any changes.You scheduled??? If so you’re stuck if not that’s your dealer being lazy sob’s. Go in and raise your voice and raise hell
The original 23 order was smooth and easy, but the rollover order was a hassle like your experience. Probably why they are no longer Hall Ford, too many screw ups like that.
Your dealer must not have any allocations.Ford, I'm still waiting on that priority you said you would give for the rollover orders!!!! 437 days, priority 03, and still being ignored!!!! Keep this up much longer and I am gone! How can you say you will give priority when I am seeing thousands of new orders scheduled before mine????
Yeah, I saw that big gap between the liner for the strut. What the hell is that? LOL, I never seen anything like that. Why aren't you a priority 2?
