I left military in 1991 and went through ID me veterans advantage and was able to qualify for what is called X plan pricing I don’t know if this is the same thing or not and I don’t know how much it is either.

We joined Veterans Advantage and received “X” pricing which saved us several hundred dollars on our truck. Biggest savings is that you can only be charged $100 for document fees. That saved us $399 alone. You need to be a member for at least 90 days prior to receiving your Maverick.

As an Air Force retiree, I received an additional $500 savings off our purchase when we picked up our Maverick in April.

Good luck!

It is $1000, I just signed yesterday. Got out in 82.
Have to have separated within the last 24 months to be eligible. I registered but then I was told I was not eligible. Got out in 1994.

I checked for the military discount before my truck was delivered. I was told I did not qualify since I got out 1992. I did not check again when my truck was delivered 5/28/22. I purchased the truck 5/30/22. I checked this promotion just now and they gave me a $1,000 certificated. Too late? How do I redeem it?

I know the feeling. Vietnam Veteran 1970 and Ford says Not Qualified because I got out of the Army in 1972. Het @Ford Motor Company what is Ford doing about this or should I go to to my Vietnam Veterans of America, newspapers etc and have Jim Farley explain to us older veterans how our Honorable wasn’t honorable enough?

My dealer just took it off the final price but it was before everything was done.

Update: I took the Ford certificate into my selling dealership yesterday. This was 5 weeks after I bought the truck. The manager on the desk verified my purchase and entered the cert. info into Smartvincent. He showed me the page where it indicated only $500 for the Maverick. He filled out some paperwork to submit to Ford. I should get a $500 check from Ford in a few weeks. Fingers crossed.
Apparently this offer does not exclude vets who were discharged over 2 years ago. Maybe Ford heard all the outrage over excluding older vets.

I was discharged in 1984 so it's been a while and I got $1000 within a hour of final sale.
