Yeah. The carryover order (truck 1) should get the private offer but the dialer also has about $2000 in "non-negotiable" add-ons and they are over 30 minutes away. The new order dialer (truck 2) is no-nonsense and right down the street from my work. The staggered build dates worked out perfectly for me. I will use truck 2 to negotiate on truck 1 and if the price is right I may go with it. If not I can take truck 2 and be more then happy with it.

I'm just excited that I may have a truck by Christmas!

My XLT was scheduled for the week of 10/2 with a build date of 10/4. I received the following email: "

Dear Areej Nitowski, We understand it has been too long since you last heard from us. Just wanted to give you an update on the status of your Maverick XLT order. While production of your vehicle was projected to begin the week of October 2, 2023, supply chain challenges continue to cause delays and uncertainty. This is frustrating, we get it. We want nothing more than to get your Ford up on the line and start assembling it. And we will continue to work hard to reduce the delays to try to get you on the road in your new vehicle soon. We’ll be sure to keep you updated as we get more information, at least once every 45 days. Hang in there. We really do appreciate your patience and understanding.​

Bottom line.... I'll believe it when I actually see my truck! GRRRRRRRRR!!!!

im with you. I've avoided and will keep avoding dealers with BS "mandatory add ons" even if I have to drive out of town.
$600 for nitrogen air...$1000 paint protection... $300 artic cool air...list goes on No thank you

Received a notification this morning. This timing is close; the Mexican Permit for my Frontier will expire 12/17/2023. I'm hoping to drive up, park it and pick up my Maverick shortly after and head right back to Mexico with it. Long shot I know, but my dealership is 4 miles from the border and Hermosillo is just 3 hours away from that.

This old 73 yr old feels 16 again!
myXLT MY 2024 is scheduled for build December 11,2023! Just got the news with my VIN number.
Have almost every option even black appearance package so I guess they have parts. I thought it would be months from now. Not gloating truly and humbly grateful and wanted to share with the family of Maverick hopefuls, it can… does… happen.

Keep the hope and may you be also hearing the wonderful news soon! I will rejoice in your sharing as well! Peace always.

So I ordered 9/15/23 got a scheduled build date today not even 30 days after ordering. So I ordered a 2024 XLT Luxury Tremor 2.0. scheduled build date the week of December 11, 2023!! I'll believe it when i see it, according to people who waited a long time.
