Thanks, I love it but what really sold me was on the Tremor package I believe it has the different color roof and the wheels too which would only match with this color and I love the carbonized metallic gray. So now it's all matchy from factory I love it and I'll take it. lol

I created an account through BNSF website as a customer. Once your registration is approved, you can log-in with your account on the customer portal and enter your VIN or rail number and do a search.

For me: retired and have no company email. Gave up and just exist on crumbs of info from Ford chat and salesman. 12-19-23 build. Ford tracking site gave me Estimated delivery dates: 1-4-24, 1-11-24 and today 1-20-24 to 2-2-24. Per Ford chat: At least it’s closer (Portland, OR).

When I registered, I chose a random username and password, then it took me to another page to fill out my information including a work email. It will not accept a generic personal email like gmail or hotmail, etc. I used my work email and the BNSF site found my employer code. Then, I got a verification email to logged under the customer portal. On the tracking option, you can either enter you VIN or tracking info.

Currently, my truck is unloaded at the railyard in Portland and has been seating there since the 7th.

My truck is on its way by truck. I clicked on the link for JCT/ Pals and it looks like you have to have a sign in. I do not see anywhere to create one.
Does some one have a generic sign in we can use to check ETA?

If you are going by rail, it’s more complicated…

First you will need the rail car letters and numbers. It is on the visibility report or DORA which is from the dealership. You MAY be able to get it from the SVT people but they seem often in a cranky mood and may tell you to get it from the dealer.

There are two major rail companies.

CSX is everything east of the mississippi
UP is everything west of the mississippi

But they all start out on CSX so once they have it in their system they will follow it all the way.

So, how do you track your truck on a railcar?

First and most important. Never talk to live personnel at the railroad! Only use automated phone system. If it attempts to transfer you to a live person please hang up. The railcar information we are provided by is given as a courtesy and if we call live personnel we may lose the access and ability to track.

CSX
1. Call the CSX 1-800-235-2352
2. When prompted for location or weight, press "1" on your phone for location.
3. When prompted for the car initials, say CN (or whatever initials you have) then wait for the next prompt.
4. When prompted for the car number, say 907048 (or whatever your number is)
5. When prompted for next car say DONE.
6. That's it; enjoy your updated status report.

Union Pacific
1. Call UP at 1 800 877-5123 1 800 877-5123
2. Follow phone prompts for Trace
3. Say the railcar number complete and clearly. Example CN123456 all together
4. Listen for your update

NS Norfolk Southern
1. Call 800-635-5768
2. Press 2.
3. Press 2.
4. Enter the letters on the numeric keypad then press #. As in: TTGX will be 8849
5. Enter the numbers then press #. It wasn't taking my voice prompts but typing worked.

How do I know what my initials are? You are using CN where did you find that?

I got my window sticker and the shipping method shows Convoy which is surprising because I'm in Western Canada and nowhere near Mexico obviously! Would they really truck it that far?

My sticker also said convoy but came to Seattle by rail car. It took over 4 weeks after build date on Ford tracker. I used Ford chat to get rail car # and tried to track online. But trail stopped at phoenix area when rail car transferred to BNSF. and Ford tracker would only update approx delivery dates. Ford chat was helpful but limited. Good luck

Ok this morning my window sticker changed and now it shows RAIL. Hmmmm

Mine did that, at first the two state letters on the top left are for the plant and convoy delivery then my state showed on top an it changed to rail.

Ah I see. I guess it's normal then. Makes more sense for mine to ship by rail anyway considering the distance.

The ways of Ford are mysterious. Especially the shifting delivery dates for me. I was just happy when the tracker hit the Final Prep button. Best wishes. .

Anyone know why I cannot view my window sticker? The truck apparently has shipped, and I cannot view my window sticker. I have never been able to view during any part of the process despite my efforts. Thanks in advance.

The link in the tracker page will work if you edit it before launching. Oh and if you are in production.
