How long after order submitted by dealer do you get the confirmation email from Ford?

last week my dealer claimed they couldn't input orders yet, and after emailing today, they said my order was submitted. Except I haven't gotten an email from Ford yet?

Is my dealer lying? If so, gonna need to make a new order with a different one?

I got confirmation from Ford, then a few minutes later the dealer forwarded me their version saying not everyone has been getting the confirmation email.

I'd ask your dealer to forward it to you.

I reserved my Lariat yesterday on the Ford website and indicated the dealer I wanted to represent me. I had been in contact with that dealer for several days and got the price all set up. I told the dealer to watch for the reservation from Ford and place the order as soon as he received it. Within a few minutes he emailed me that the reservation was received and he would send out the order pronto. Hopefully, I will receive verification that Ford received the order today or tomorrow.

I received the order confirmation from Ford within minutes of the dealer (Albert with Granger) telling me he had entered the order.
