  1. Official: 2023 to 2024 Maverick Order Conversion + Price Increase Offset Incentive + Order Bank Opens July 17

Yes, the pricing will increase. And "pricing structure" will change too. Dealers should get this info week of July 10th. So hopefully a week before order banks open!
  2. Official: 2023 to 2024 Maverick Order Conversion + Price Increase Offset Incentive + Order Bank Opens July 17

It won't be price protection, but rather, a private offer (similar to 22 to 23 transition offer). That is a nice surprise, Ford pretty much told everyone last year that they weren't planning on doing this!
  3. 2023 Maverick order canceled by FORD

That was for the scheduled hybrids that were cancelled (in November I think). I've copied and pasted this from a Ford memo from 09/13/2022 about "2023 Maverick Order Bank Open Details": CARRYOVER 2022MY CUSTOMERS As previously mentioned, global supply chain constraints left many COVP-approved...
  4. 2023 Maverick order canceled by FORD

Way to late to do anything about it now! You can place a 24 order when order banks open. Unscheduled 22s were not automatically "rolled over" by Ford. You had to place a new retail order with a dealer. Cancelled scheduled 22 hybrids were rolled over by Ford, but there was action that needed to...
  5. 2023 Maverick order canceled by FORD

The numbers on the report are for unscheduled retail orders only. So once an order is scheduled (or canceled), it will not show up on that report. Scheduled dates do commonly hump around, but usually you are all set if you are scheduled. Obviously, that wasn't the case with the 6-7K cancelled...
  6. 2023 Maverick order canceled by FORD

I work at dealership and look at these reports every week. Currently there are 114 @ priority 99. This number was 4600-4700 in early June (just before the cancellation took place). You are right, approx 24,800 remaining unscheduled hybrids. 50% hybrid capacity means that the plant can produce...
  7. 2023 Maverick order canceled by FORD

No, there is still scheduling for 23 Mavs for another few weeks. Ford won't purge the order banks for a while yet (so dealers can reference unscheduled 23s to reorder 24s). At this point, the dealer failing to properly complete COVP is the likely reason. Over 4500 orders seem to have been...
  8. Air bag recall aftermath, you’ve gotta be kidding me.. vehicle left dirty and damaged

Many techs are not paid hourly...... This recall pays 2 hours from Ford to the dealer. In many dealerships, the tech will be paid for two hours, whether it takes them 1.5 hours or 4 hours to do the job.
  9. CSP 22B39: Hybrid Maverick No Start Condition issue affecting 21,513 vehicles (Customer Satisfaction Program / Delivery Hold)

It is strange..... It looks to me like a new one will be installed, but attached to the old one? Maybe it would be too time consuming to remove the old one? I'll have to pay attention to what it all looks like when they do mine!
  10. CSP 22B39: Hybrid Maverick No Start Condition issue affecting 21,513 vehicles (Customer Satisfaction Program / Delivery Hold)

As long as the CSP is open for the VIN, yes. If that were the case w/ mine, they only way I wouldn't have it done again is if the part they used in the previous is identical with the part involved in the recall.
  11. CSP 22B39: Hybrid Maverick No Start Condition issue affecting 21,513 vehicles (Customer Satisfaction Program / Delivery Hold)

The 12V battery cable is replaced under this program. Pays 3.7 hours. (So will probably take 5-6 hours until the tech has done a bunch of them!)
  12. Private offer

My guess is that you have a private offer for low interest rates....that doesn't apply to Mavericks (but other Ford vehicles). I have found that to be the case for a few other people!
  13. Air Bag recall and Loaner

I work at Ford dealership....I work w/ warranty claims... I'm not making up stuff here! They very well may email you that parts are available, but that doesn't mean that dealers have the parts in stock. The parts are not on open order. The airbags must be specifically ordered for a certain VIN...
  14. Air Bag recall and Loaner

Just to clear up a few things about this recall: Parts can be ordered, but have to be ordered through a special process tied to the VIN #. Dealers are very unlikely to have the parts in stock. Ford does not pay for loaners for this recall (unless customer has loaner coverage from ESP). The...
  15. VERY loud and probably VERY BAD noise coming from my Hybrid

You need to take someone from the dealership w/ you on a test drive. If you can "make" it happen, do that and get them to hear it. That way you and the dealership's service department know exactly what your concern is. Then they can diagnose /contact Ford about it if necessary.
  16. 2023 Maverick Hybrid - 17 month wait

Do you know if you are scheduled yet?
  17. Hood paint chip DAY 1 and no touch up paint exists for Atlas Blue color?

They probably ask for the VIN so that they can verify the color...... they'll get the "paint code" to ensure that the correct color is ordered. Many people get their color names mixed up.....
  18. Side curtain airbag recall left Maverick dead

No. But that is the reason techs/dealerships are not happy about doing this recall. And that is why many dealerships are telling people to plan on them having it for the day. That was the reason I offered that explanation.
