Hey, as others have stated, looks like Canadians get 40,000 Ford Pass points when purchasing a new vehicle (vs 42,000 in the US).
I also see that you don't yet have your Maverick. You can download the app and sign up ahead of time. Don't add your VIN and activate ahead of time. That may cause a...
The dealer needs to read the updates on fmcdealer.....
Ford did change up the reps recently, and it has been harder to get in contact with someone. But the info is easy to find.
I think that the private offer may work at a different dealer..... But I don't think that it is possible for you to...
It is possible that some dealers or some configurations of Mavericks are still having issues??? I only had the one order to modify, and that worked, so my experience with this is limited!
I noticed on our dealership's one affected order that the customer email did not transfer to the new order. So everyone might want to check with their dealers to have them make sure that their email is included in WBDO on the new order so that they'll get the production updates!
There was an IT problem that prevented dealers from modifying these orders. Our dealership that that mssg from our rep as well. The problem seems to have been cleared up around 4:30PM (EST) on Nov 16th. I was able to change priority code and resubmit the orders for our dealership @ 4:35.
Hmmm no idea there! "Pending update" (in red) might be something produced internally at the dealership?
It should work just as you say. The dealer should just look in WBDO for a 23 order w/ same order number and priority code 99.
After the conversion happens, the old 22 orders are marked as...
I don't think that there is a way you can call the dealership's rep.
Ford chat might be able to look and see if there is a 23 order in the system for you though.
BTW the "look harder" was directed at the dealership, and not you! I read it back and it seemed rather ambiguous as to what I meant!
They should contact their sale/regional rep to see why the transition didn't happen.
(Or look harder.... I half-think that they really didn't even look for the 23 order for you.....should be really easy....just look for the 2023 Mavericks with 99 priority code!)
Yes, they should! But it is possible that a few conversions didn't happen with the rest? Or your dealer didn't pay attention and deal with the duplicate order numbers correctly.
I work at a dealership and can confirm that that is not correct. Dealers can choose numbers btw 10-19 for retail order priority codes.
It may have been a misunderstanding..... that dealership may have chosen to make all "rollover" or cancelled and transitioned Mavericks priority 10 (Ford did...
I work for a dealership... I checked the WBDO system myself to see if we can change our transitioned order. I can see the order, but it cannot be modified at this time.
Probably will be able to do so later today, or tomorrow.

That might help. Ford still says allocation estimates are "subject to change".
I think that Ford will have to give more weight to retail orders rather than just allocation for Mavericks. If they really intended for dealers to only order w/in a certain number, they should have notified...
