Yep, I have the same issue in my 2022 XLT hybrid when I use my Waze app. The speed is just all over the place no matter how fast I set my cruise control.
Yep, bought my Hybrid b/c I wanted good gas mileage, fit in my garage, easy to park, pull my utility trailer full of mulch, to carry my kayak and most importantly the price with 0% financing. I never test drove one but was able to see one up close on the lot (it was sold waiting to be picked...
Had my windshield replaced on my Hybrid XLT and luckily my insurance policy covered everything. They told me where to take it and to call them to make the appointment. Made the appointment and asked them if I could upgrade the windshield to the sound proof windshield like the Lariat has. They...
So, you took your Maverick in to a Ford dealership to have repairs done, they test drove it and got into an accident while a Ford dealership employee was driving it? I kind of think they are 100% responsible for all the repairs since they got into an accident with your Maverick and provide a...
I'm old school where I kept it under 45 for the first 100 miles, under 50 until 500 miles and then drove it normally once I reached 1000 miles. Also, I did an oil change on my hybrid.
I purchased the Elevate rack because I wanted the hard roll up tonneau cover (Ford version). The hard roll up tonneau doesn't work well with Yakima & Thule from what I have read.....you have to do some modification to the rack base for it to fit.
As for a bike rack, I purchased the Kuat hitch...
An all electric Maverick would have to be priced under 40K before I would think about it and I would still keep my hybrid. If they sell a PHEV with a range of 50 miles during the winter and have a decent size gas tank I would. I use to own a Honda Clarity PHEV and it only had a 7 gallon gas...
No issues at all. I would disconnect the dash cam just to prove to them the dash cam isn't causing the problem. Also, I purchased my dash cam from Ford.
Front wheel drive is all I need where I live (Oakland county, MI). We don't get the snow like we use too while growing up where getting 2 - 4 inches of snow was just a common nuisance back then where today we have to close the schools and it's big news.
My only problem with FWD is, I have to...
That dealership sucks! Ask them isn’t this still under warranty! I had my battery replaced twice and so far I have not received the error message on my app and still can remote start it. And each time I brought it in for the deep sleep issue I got a loaner car….I did have to schedule the repair.
When I had my Maverick in for this problem they also said they could not duplicate the error. When I talked to the tech & service guy I showed them my app with the error message and said why can’t I remote start my Maverick? The tech said that error message didn’t show up in the Maverick log and...
Here is an update on my deep sleep issue....all is good & fixed.
I got my Maverick back about a week ago and since then I have not received the deep sleep problem on my app. The dealership replaced the battery for the 2nd time. When they called me they wanted wanted to know if the error...
The service rep called me today saying they have replaced the battery (this is the 2nd battery from them) and they kept it over the weekend to see if the new battery would go into deep sleep mode and it didn't. He also wanted to know if I was able to remote start it from my app. I was able to...
Here's an up date on my deep sleep mode problem. The dealership called me Wednesday saying the problem was resolved. I looked at my app, I still could not remote start it and it still displayed the error message.
I went to the dealership to talk to the service rep and told him I still cannot...
