I don’t know if the applied the latest emissions recall notice but I will call them tomorrow to make sure they applied all the recall notices.
After telling them I didn’t believe my Ford dash cam was causing the problem yesterday, I told them to unplug the Ford dash cam and look at it again the...
I think the service rep did tell me the tech did test to see what is drawing from my battery and said it was from my Ford dash cam. They still have it as of now and looking at my FordPass app it's telling me it's in battery saver mode. Not sure if they have disconnected the Ford dash cam yet.
This is the Ford dash cam that came with a wiring harness that plugs in the OBD II Plug-n-Play which is why I purchased this so that I didn't have to splice into any other power source. The battery was already replaced at the dealership. I really don't want to purchase a battery on my dime.
I just got a call from my service rep and he said the technician believes my Ford dash cam is causing the problem! I told my service rep how can my Ford dash cam drain the battery after driving 3 1/2 hour on the highway and get the error message within 1/2 hour? He just said he was just relaying...
I have an appointment to bring in my 2022 hybrid Maverick tomorrow. No matter how long I drive my Maverick I will always get the message. They have replaced battery & TCU with no success. Now the service tech did mention my Ford dash cam my be causing the problem which I find very hard to...
They have replaced the battery & TCU on my 2022 Maverick Hybrid and I still get the deep sleep mode message. I have even took my truck up North on a 3 1/2 hour drive on the highway, parked my truck and within 3 1/2 hour I get the deep sleep mode message.
A Ford rep contacted me on this site...
Just an FYI, no matter how long I drive my 2022 XLT Maverick hybrid (drove it on the highway for 3.5 hours straight) I will still get the error message on the app "Drive your vehicle to reconnect FordPass and exit battery saver mode" within an hour. The battery & TCU has been replaced. Just...
I finished doing a long drive on the highway up North (3 1/2 hours) and parked my truck around 4:30PM. I just looked at the app (7:14 PM) and I'm seeing "Drive your vehicle to reconnect FordPass and exit battery saver mode"
I have deleted the app, re-installed the app, removed the vehicle, did...
I had my windshield cracked by a rogue rock too. I called my insurance company and they provided a preferred windshield place for me. Took it in, asked them if they could upgrade my windshield to the acoustic windshield, they said no problem and there was no additional cost to me!
Ok, I have deleted my vehicle from the app, added it back it and I still get the "Drive your vehicle to reconnect FordPass and exit battery saver mode"
I will be driving up North this weekend and let's see if this charges up the battery and get rid of the message. But being retired I don't...
I have deleted the app, reinstalled it and I still get the "Remote features disabled to preserve battery".
I will try to remove and add the vehicle tomorrow since I know where to remove the vehicle setting is.
It's a 2022. I don't have any operation problem with the Maverick....I just can't start the my truck with the app like I use too. It's not a deal breaker for me just an annoying one.
Took my Hybrid Maverick in to have the deep sleep mode problem fixed last week and they have replaced the TCU. I have not received the deep sleep mode message since but I'm getting "Drive your vehicle to reconnect FordPass and exit battery saver mode" even after I have driven my Maverick around...
My nephew went to a dealership looking for a Maverick and they had a waiting list so he put his name down. He got the call from the dealership saying they had one if he was still interested he called them and got it at MSRP which shocked me.
It's classified as a sea kayak and it weighs about 50ish pounds. It tracks straight, fast, a little wobbly (I'm a newbie kayaker) and it takes forever to turn. I took it out yesterday morning on a nice calm lake it paddled great....I would never take her on a shallow river.
