Is your Maverick an earlier build.?? i just got my hybrid in Nov and have seen plenty of cold mornings but have never experienced the rattle. Maybe Ford fixed some of these issues on newer build.s. Only complaint i have is the grabby brakes. Good luck diagnosing your problem.

Not all Hybrids are doing the deep sleep. I have one and never had this issue yet. But then i drive it every day and its in a unheated garage. Only issue with my hybrid so far is the grabby brakes.

I noticed same thing. If its been raining or streets are wet the grabby brakes are MUCH more noticable.

13 months XL Hybrid. Guess i got lucky -Ordered Oct 2021 Built Aug 31st delivered Nov 9th. Like it so far but gas mileage really affected by all this cold weather and wind. Hope all you last year orders get your trucks soon.

Thanks for the information. I definately want a cover when they are available. I think it makes the engine bay look more cleaner. Keeps some dust from getting in around the engine.

Similar here. yesteday in the 20s with a strong 20 mph head wind average around 33 mpg on the highway. Just got the Maverick last week so havent been able to see the real great hybrid mileage of the summer time yet. But not complaining about 33 in this cold weather.

I dont understand why the warranty would be void if the dealer installed the cruise?? That was my main reason for asking them first before i try it. To avoid any warranty issues. .Anyway Thanks for the feedback. i will prob add it myself in the future per your write up. .
