Nice looking truck. Thats why i ordered the silver too. Easier to keep clean. I drive occasionally on dusty roads and a dark color is harder to keep looking good.. Thanks for sharing the upgrades and pics.

My ETA just got moved from Nov 18th to Nov 24th to a new ETA of Oct 30th - Nov 5th. Was finally shipped Oct 12th after being built Aug 30th and held up at the factory for i think the airbag. The Maverick is now in Chicago waiting for a truck i guess. This info was from Ford chat today.

Me too. One year today. They told me 8 months till delivery of a plain xl hybrid. However I got lucky i guess and did get built Aug 31st. Then it sat at factory for the air bag recall for about 6 weeks. Just finally shipped last week. now its in Arizona. ETA Nov 24th,

If i didnt need the truck bed i would be definately be interested in the Corolla.. In fact i looked at the Escape hybrid and the escape hybrid plug in before deciding i really wanted a truck bed. Toyotas been making hybrids for years and they should be reliable. And a good price. Much less...

have you been shipped yet?? I just noticed you were built same day as mine and mine has been awaiting shipping ever since. Until last saturday anyway it did actually ship. Tim the ford video guy said it was cause of airbag recall.

Me too. Got the shipped email Sunday. My dealer said it was on hold for some reason. SInce Aug 31st. ETA is Nov 24th though which is still a ways away. Maybe our Mavericks will be on same truck since our dealers are only 15 miles apart. Congrats !!

I got the same email. Finally shipped after sitting at the plant since Aug 31st. Whatever was holding them up has been resolved i guess. Im guessing the airbag. My dealer said it was on hold for something and just got released to the shipper.

I had the same idea too. I wanted to take the Maverick this late summer to shows but its not delivered yet. ?? Its built but awaiting shipping since Aug 31st. Also from Iowa.

I would think you would get yours sooner then some others as it looks like your from California. Close to the plant.
